PRIVATE PLAYZONE PLAYGROUPS

Join us this Spring at the JWT Playzone with your own private playgroup. The JWT Playzone is available for private one hour rental, Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 6:00pm, for up to 20 children.
The more you book the more you save!

All playgroups must be booked at time of purchase. Playgroups must be held between April 26 - July 3, 2010. Payment must be received in full at time of booking to receive discount. Playgroups can not be rescheduled and all fees are non-refundable. You must be a member of JW Tumbles to receive discounts. If you are not a member you will be charged a Lifetime Family Membership fee of $50.

Arlington Camp Tumbles 2010 July 5- September 3 - ENROLL NOW

Summer Camp 2010
July 5 - September 3, 2010

JW Tumbles Arlington is happy to announce Camp Tumbles 2010! Camp Tumbles will also now be offering an early drop off program!

It's going to be the best summer ever at JW TUMBLES! Camps will be filled with wild adventures, vivid stories, and lively music that incorporate the weekly theme! Camp Tumbles in Arlington will include adventures in both the Gym and the Playzone. Parents provide a sack lunch and we'll provide the snacks and fun! We will end the week with a super fun pizza and ice cream party.

Our week long camps will run weekly July 5 - September 3, 2010 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This year we will be offering an early drop off time of 9:30am in the JWT Playzone. Don't miss out on this great new addition to Camp Tumbles!

Camp Tumbles is for children 3-7 years old. Children must be fully potty trained to attend Camp Tumbles. Payment is required to reserve a slot in camp and refunds will not be given after May 1, 2010.

Member Only Enrollment for Camp Tumbles will begin on Monday, March 8, 2010. Registration for your child(ren) can be made online only.

Non-Member registration will begin on Monday, March 15, 2010.

Full week tuition: $295 (members)/ $325 (non-members)

Camp descriptions:
Adventure Camp- Kids will have an unforgettable time during our Adventure Camp, where we will ride the zip wire, climb the rock wall, play games, relay races, obstacle courses and much more! Each day incorporates a new adventure- from ocean adventures to safari visits!

Creative Arts Camp- Kids will discover the world of the arts through crafts, music, drama and dance! Show off your creative side at Tumbles where we will put on a puppet show, perform skits, play drama games and make our own artistic masterpieces!

Circus Camp - Why go to the circus when you can be a part of it at Tumbles! When it is circus time at Tumbles, kids learn to be a circus star through practicing acrobatics, flying on a trapeze, making circus props, and putting on a circus show of their very own.

Magic Camp- ABRACADABRA! Jump into a magical world for a week of top secret magic fun! Kids will perform their own magic tricks, make magic props, and put on their own magic show.

Sporty Kids Camp - Kids will explore a new sport everyday and learn how to do basic skills and tricks! Football, baseball, soccer and many more - kids will be able to show off their new moves at the park!

Open Gym Schedule: April 26 - July 2, 2010

Open gym is a time when kids can burn off some energy, running, jumping, climbing and more! This is a parent- supervised activity.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

We offer three (3) make-up classes per session. Make-ups are to be scheduled by appointment only to determine if space is available . If you are unable to attend a make-up please let us know in advance. Only the last class of the session may be carried over into the next session. All others must be made up during the current session.

SICK CHILD POLICY

Inevitably children will become sick. At JW Tumbles it can be difficult for us to determine if your child is sick. Please use your best discretion and follow these basic guidelines to decide if you should stay home and schedule a make-up class.

In the last 48 hours has your child (or siblings attending class) had a:
Fever, Runny nose, Cough, Sore Throat, and/or Body Ache

At JW Tumbles we want every tumbler to be happy and healthy. Please use your best discretion so that we do not get other tumblers/parents sick.

INCLEMENT WEATHER DELAYS AND CLOSINGS

In the event of inclement weather, please call the gym at 703-531-1470 for all Delay and Closing information of the Arlington JW Tumbles. The voicemail will be updated if there is a delay or closing. Thank you!
